Our group fitness class aims to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and increased cardiovascular fitness. Training mixture of body weight exercises and various types of resistance props & free weights while improving functional and dynamic movements. Find the class of your choice - a more basic or low-intensity, or fast-paced high calories burning workout! Our instructor will ensure safety when you perform the routine.

Resistance training will transform your body by developing strength and endurance in major muscle groups. You'll get to train your upper body - push-ups and lower-body workout -squats, and expect lots of core training! Try it with a mixture of body weight exercises, resistance props, or free weights. 

Wanting to go more? Try higher intensity classes like HIIT Workout, or Agility Workout, where you'll do runs & jumps, performing, and various forms of plyometrics, You'll Never Know Your Limits Unless You Push Yourself To Them!
